Lots of inbound calls for customer care issues. I moved to partner liaison which gave me complete access and the ability to be the final decision with customers issues. Management was not active in my position, I had full control over returns and refunds. The difficulties were usually with customers and needing information from them that they did not provide in a timely manner. I enjoyed working for this company and they did lots of extra activities for us at no cost.
Lots of free gifts.
