Most of the floor managers thought they were “it” and looked down on staff members. I was in a busy store so all efforts of keeping shelves neat and folded didn’t last long and also got me in trouble for not having it all folded - considering there were customers undoing my work and I was in a busy section by myself. Called in sick once (4hr shift) - more... and was told in my assessment (done by a floor manager) that I wouldn’t be considered to be kept on due to high percentage in absence - I never missed any other shifts and was never late. P&C managers were lovely, but I couldn’t work with most of th ... - less
ProsEasy work
ConsBad floor managers, boring after close - not allowed talk and there’s no music played so it’s dead silence
