Maybe bring out a special clothing line that is more expensive but lone lasting and sustainable.

I know Penney’s is for affordable, accessible fashion and that’s what the customer expects but times are changing and I think they will need to start thinking more environmentally. Younger generations are thinking more about these things and that will eventually effect sales.
