We have over €40 billion of loan and commercial real estate assets under management. These are comprised of commercial real estate portfolios and residential mortgages, as well as personal, small and medium enterprise (SME) and auto loans. We commenced lending to the Irish residential mortgage market in 2016, trading as Pepper Money providing a modern alternative for lending in Ireland and in June 2017, Pepper Money launched their new Commercial property finance products to the Irish market.

Pepper Ireland provides a range of end-to-end asset management, loan servicing and advisory services to organisations, including Irish and international financial institutions, wholesale funding institutions and loan originators, as well as Irish and international investors.

Pepper Ireland is a leading asset manager and provider of third-party loan and advisory services. Established in September 2012, the company has operations in Dublin and Shannon, employing over 500 people.

Stressful and poorly managed

Colleagues are lovely for the most part but it can be a toxic environment depending on which team you end up on.They pay for your exams so would recommend if you want to get qualifications but be prepared to have to relearn because a lot of misinformation is given and staff still on probation will likely be training you depending on which team you end up on.
