Not an option

It's not what it used to be. Was a great company. Not anymore. Now that PepsiCo has taken over all facilities you are just a number, they don't care about the people

Don’t waste your time

These are the some of the most unprofessional people I have worked for. Not only are they unprofessional they could care less about family situations. Once I became full time I was told I had to take vacation by the end of the year or loose it they wait until the week before I’m supposed to go to say oh we made a mistake you can take it but it will be unpaid, mind you this was the week before Christmas. My days are long even in the down season times are supposed to be 6-2:30 however most days I or other co workers don’t get off until close to 5:00 if not after. They finger point and don’t investigate anything. It’s a lot of trouble and time and honestly not worth it especially in COVID times.

Pros

Pay

Cons

Management

Great pay and benefits but thats about it.

The pay and benefits are great. Actually, I think we are paid more than we should be based on the work we do. But thankful for it nonetheless. The management and HR are not on the employee's side. So if you have a problem and report it, they will make you have many problems so that you quit or find a way to fire you. There is no advancement opportunities or diversity. I hate it here. If it wasnt for the pay I would leave.

The pay is ok, little room to advance without a degree

Pay is ok. Advancement is little without a degree. You work holidays in the warehouse while the drivers have it off because they are in the union. You have no set time off. You work till the job is done even if it means driving a forklift for 20 hours straight.

Work at your own pace freedom from being inside. Customers can make or break your day. It is a hard job but good benefits and home time. Pay could be more but once you get your own route it gets easier

Pros

Home time

Cons

Fine

Days can be long especially in the summer Your day isn't over until the job is done so the hours can be inconsistent The pay is worth the work There are no PTO or benefits for part time employees Full time employees do not get a choice on whether or not they would want the insure its forced on you to pay it

Awesome place to work its a very fsst environment but if you can keep up and want to work its a great job. Management leaves you alone

Great place to work. You are on your own and basically can work until your done. Your pace determines when you get off. Management works with you if you need something or need help with extra loads

Pros

Pay insurance independent work

Cons

Driving long distances

Great Experience

The work was hard, and could get overwhelming. But overall, it was a great company. My managers were great and they always communicated with you although you don’t see them a lot. When you need time off, they usually fit around your schedule if you tell them ahead of time.

Pros

Working alone

Cons

Long drives sometimes

Extremely negative

Everyone tries to backstab everyone, managers have no clue about the animosity. Easy work if you can deal with unfair biased management. If you are a brown noser you will do great here

Pros

Pay and kinda benefits

Cons

Coworkers, managers, inconsistencies

Great Benefits for Salaried non exempt employees

Some days are slow but the job you do and the benefits you receive are great. Insurance not so much but you get 4 weeks vacation after 5 years in my department which is not a common benefit you come across

Pros

Vacation time, relaxed environment

Cons

Insurance could be better

Fair for the work involved

Not very difficult work, therefore the pay fits. The only issue is that there is not much room to move within my department and the only real chance for movement is relocation.

Good company, more focus on business than employee morale.

Work days are unpredictable based on monthly objectives. Many Saturdays were mandatory work in order to meet objectives. The work and family life balance is not even. The hardest part of the job was planning family events based on what time of year it landed. Most enjoyable was the freedom to be independent in your territory and build great rapport with customers.

Pros

Career advancement was always encouraged

Cons

Unbalanced work and family life

Managers were pretty cool guys but the work load was to much

To much to do in one work day and some of the sales reps there ordered way to much product. I was always yelled at by the stores to clean up the backroom.

Pros

Drove your own car

Cons

To much stress

Great place to work 10 years ago

Company gives you some latitude to make your own decisions. No longer promotes talented people who know the business, they solely focus on campus hires as their future. Many business entities that used to run well and were quite profitable are now losing ground to both Coke and Cadbury (7up) at an alarming rate. Fort Wayne location has gone from having a 70% share of the market to parity with Coke and fading fast. Many of the employees with decades of experience and knowledge have been pushed out in favor of campus hires that lack the dedication and knowledge to succeed in this very competitive market.

Pros

Great product line to sell

Cons

No work/life balance, Mid-range pay with a continually changing bonus structure that becomes nearly impossible to get.
