Perrigo wellness plan is first person to 400 pounds gets a gift card to village inn. Alot of favoritism expected butt kissing and generally fat lazy people more worried anout setting up their buffet at break for 90 minutes than do any work on their weekend to work. Bosses hide in office, have no clue to the culture they dream of, but will never attain with their meth head employees.
Level 9 3rd shift is lazy bum who favors fat girls
Long 12 hour shifts that alternate from week to week. Night shift is a grueling shift to endure for any length of time. The facility is clean and well lit. The employees are easy to work with. The management is lacking. Communication plant wide is very lacking especially when it comes to getting night shift information. The environment can be difficult at certain times of the year but the company does a pretty good job at providing places to cool down and during the hot months, re hydration stations for employees. Overall a decent place to work if it wasn't for the 12 hour shift. Work/Life balance is poor for the night 12 hour shift and bearable for the 12 hour day shift.

pay is good, but the moral of the place sucks. everyone is worried about what everyone else is doing. certain people get away with harassment because they are so far up a supervisors butt. the place will give you anxiety.
Packaging Specialist (Former Employee) – Allegan, MI – 14 July 2018
Perrigo was a good company to work for. They always had overtime if needed and the work was very easy to learn. The workplace culture wasn't the best but if you keep your head down and do your job you would be fine.

There was a machine to put the address on the box to be shipped. Put on a wooden pallet to be shipped to the warehouse. Worked in the office at Security filing and answering the phones. ,

Corporate Security Officer (Current Employee) – Allegan, MI – 10 June 2018
Great pay and benefits. Employees are treated very well. Too many decisions are made in a vacuum. More input from employees and different functional areas is needed. Some managers are fearful of their own futures and let that impede their work.
Area Trainer (Former Employee) – Allegan, MI – 30 May 2018
I liked the management, the engineers, supervision, pretty much everyone, except the people who worked with me. I worked in a couple of different areas, and buildings. It just depended on who of your crew you knew really well. Sometimes you got crewed to a line where the lead didn't like you so your day would suck. Other times it was like everything flowed really well.
