I Cannot speak highly enough regarding the MD at phonewatch and with every new challenge the MD is quick to introduce change, if there was one change that could be made to in my opinion improve performance it would be to put the reps as employed and a set basic wage.

It is both field and in house, we knock door to door and if we are putting through a sale we’ll do it in house
