Commission. You also have to do your own taxes and pay all your own expenses. For all their self-agrandising it's not worth wasting your time with them.

I wouldn’t bother going but if you are really stuck, research into the company. Emphasise on the fact you are reliable, self motivated, goal driven.

It took about 4 days. The interview was really relaxed which made it easy to open up and not be nervous for the interview.

I Cannot speak highly enough regarding the MD at phonewatch and with every new challenge the MD is quick to introduce change, if there was one change that could be made to in my opinion improve performance it would be to put the reps as employed and a set basic wage.

It is both field and in house, we knock door to door and if we are putting through a sale we’ll do it in house

Some weeks are better than others, most people average 2 per week, commission increases after 6 sales in a month
