Happy to working with Positive Futures. Very good team work and management also very helpful. Working hours are very flexible for everyone. Overall very good atmosphere to work with Positive Futures. I highly recommend anyone new to the team.

Bad company to work for.

During my time at this company I saw 8 good staff leave during the course of 2 months. Management lied about the extreme challenging behaviour of certain clients and were made to feel inadequate if they complained. One particular client lost 19 staff during the course of 2 years. Clients were also lied to about staffing levels and management continually made promises that could not be kept. Staff are expected to take money from their own pockets to pay for activities and fuel, which on occasions took months to claim back..There was no adequate support for staff and nobody in management cared. A truly appalling place to work!
