Our diverse range of capabilities includes software development, legal consultancy, actuarial support and project management, to name just a few. As a company, we work tirelessly to solve the financial challenges of our changing world and we use industry leading techniques, tools and processes to do so.
Nurturing our talent is at the heart of how we operate. We work hard to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment that delivers on our objective of “the exclusion of no-one & the inclusion of all.” In 2020, we were the first company in Donegal to be awarded the Ibec KeepWell Mark, an evidence-based accreditation and award that recognizes Irish employers for investing in workplace health and wellbeing.
We value the positive impact an organization can have on the community, and actively provide opportunities and encouragement for employees to participate in community service programs in the towns and cities where they live.
Employees in Pramerica benefit from a vibrant learning and development environment that offers a range of training modules and programs at all levels. In 2019 alone, almost 500 staff reskilled through a variety of internal training academies, specializing in areas such as Data Science, Marketing and Design, DevOps and Information Security.
