I went for an interview with them. They asked 6 questions all about teamwork, PCP's, they were very interested in medication management, how would I handle challenging behaviour etc. I'll mention that I didn't get the job, they didn't even get back to me at all.Answered 5 January 2019

I cannot recommend it all, the salary is not worth the hassle and burnout. Management is not as helpful as struggling themselves. One staff to two clients, no breaks, 12-hour shifts, late & incorrect payment of salary & expenses, they put staff safety at risk, not adhering to their own policies, no workplace culture due to the high turnover of staff. Low staff morale due to the incompetence of management. They make the rules up as they go along.Answered 4 June 2019
