"Most days, I work with customers to help them deliver their Employee Experience programs. I work with them to decide the best way to implement their engagement program so that in the end their program enables them to glean insights that they can then action. What I enjoy most about this is being able to produce something using Qualtrics’ technology which becomes imperative to the Human Resource decisions being made within an organisation." #WhyQualtrics⁠

"The people and the culture. Every single person I spoke to from Qualtrics was obviously smart but also incredibly nice and down to earth. The culture was also surprisingly transparent and focused on having an impact all while doing good (5 for the Fight) and maintaining a good work/life balance," said Nisha.⁠

"Being an engineering manager in Qualtrics is very demanding. There are two main aspects of my role: working with teams to deliver great, valuable products, and making sure engineers in those teams are developing their skills and are successful. That means my days are filled with different activities, starting with meetings with stakeholders and other engineering managers to ensure our roadmap is clear and known through to meeting with teams and helping to remove their blockers as well as having 1:1s with each and every member of my team to discuss their role, answer questions, and help progress their career."⁠

"From a project management perspective, day-to-day activities can include leading detailed implementation project plans, managing scope and coordinating activities with both functional and technical SMEs to push projects towards target achievements.⁠

From a technical perspective, I provide mentorship on the configuration of our platform and offer advice on how best to set up the Qualtrics platform in order to ensure the successful delivery of Qualtrics. What never ceases to amaze me is the technical capability of the platform and how extensive the list of what it can do is! Many people may hear of Qualtrics and think of just surveys but once you get into it, you realise that the platform is so much more than that. The survey component is enhanced with many impressive integrations and analytics capabilities, that produce a powerful tool that allows clients to gain invaluable insights. A large part of my day to day role is enabling the client to make use of those capabilities so that they can take action and drive value."⁠
