Terrible workplace

Floor staff ( care workers) are dedicated and work very hard. Management is very terrible, dishonest. Discrepancies in wages, they are terrible and brute when it comes to staff wages.Intimidation tactics by managers to make staff lives horrible.

Rehab don't give any Christmas bonuses at all like other organisations to show appreciation, Asking relief staff going for interviews again and again for permanent positions in same place, reports not handle well, every leader with own policy adding to work policy. Staff have filling in time sheets every month not good. Salary not good for staff should be wages. Shifts should suits families

Staff should dine with Service Users like other organisations

Sleep overs should be shorter than 24 hours

Great place for helping students, but SLT culture is poor

Working here for a period of time. Love the day to day aspects of the job, but lots of toxic practices, no real connection from head office to local sites.

Excessive hours, no benefits ! Poor communication

Unfortunately for a charity they don’t look after their staff - very corporate - didn’t feel like a charity. Excessive hours, no over time. Poor communication & staff burnt was high. Disappointing overall.
