Grand I suppose
Good company to train with provides good training facility. Great starter company for this industry. Nice lads to work with. Wages are a little low and they don't pay overtime

Pay is absolutely brutal and complete breakdown in communication between managers and team leaders
This was over a year ago, doubt anything has changed. I'd actually put the house on itFirst of all the interview process is absolutely ridiculous for a minimum wage entry level job where you will be dealing with customers that are being neglected and treated terribly The field training is done by dated staff members that have zero people or communication skills and you are sent on the road with inadequate training for the job. You are given lists of customers already too large to service adequately. On top of that you are bombarded daily with jobs from other drivers that are in awful states and expected to pick up their slack due to short staffing and high turnaround in staff. If they payed employees a decent wage they might actually stay there for longer than a few months. You get better pay in McDonald's! Driving a van looking after your own customer base doing physical and administrative work for buttons.
Service Technician in Cork, County Cork

Was OK for a long time but everything then changed with what you were doing and I just had to get out of there
Avoid this job at all costs you have to much calls to begin with and as they are short staff you are always getting calls to pick up other people's work and then you have to catch up on your own meaning you have to work late and you don't get paid

Only the drive in and out of work
This is a very bad place to work.robut ur made.customers are never happy to see u coming.management don't care one bit as u have 250 plus new customers to meet through out the week. Pay is not great.bigger vans.interviews are a joke.its all who u know u get on great with.showers this company is.if ur really desperate go here.tjey make a fool out of u.

Stress free if you're organised enough
If you're clever, effective and organised, it is stress free job. No communication between departments and understaffed areas is an ongoing issue. Technicians get trained, grab the certification and leave for better salaries.
