Only polish need apply
They can cancel your shift at a moment's notice, you have to check timesheet in the canteen after every shift to see when you will work again(if ever). Don't expect More than minimum wage. if you're Irish don't bother applying, you will need to be a foreign national to work here. It's probably 90%+ polish.

Inhuman circumstance
A former employee-
Not a place to work, inhuman conditions.

"Other people" will push you out if you dare to speak in English..

No support from HR if you have any issue.

Managers have an attitude problem- they will sack u if I ask anything or if u stand up.

Bad place
I would highly recommend that anyone Irish stay away from this place, not being racist but it’s an Irish company with 95% polish or Slovakian work force who keep to their own lot and creates a lonely work environment unless your luck to be on a shift with another English speaker
Pros
Nowt
Cons
Wages

Dull and repetitive
A typical day was simply hard labour of different types repeated over and over again. I learned basic skills in manual labour and meat processing/packaging. Management varied from poor to excellent, depending on where you were and who was on duty. My co-workers were hard-working and stoic, mostly. The hardest part of the job was the hours, but I believe that was mostly because of my lack of experience at the time. The most enjoyable part of the job was meeting new people and working with them.
Pros
Occasional free meat
Cons
Long hours
