The job pays well for a voice order picker...but theres a group of people who work there who are a clique amongst themselves...they dont take kindly to new people starting especially if the new person is better at the job than they are...one guy in particular is a complete ignorant guy

Long exhausting not paid break's, constant work, overtimes 1 hour if it's extremely busy, not enough hours, place is in total mess, nice people to work with and that's all, seen worse places so it's not that bad.

Great brands , great perks ,but that's where it ends unfortunatley ......no support from field management as they have no idea what they are doing . No experience as they came from on trade and the orther from van sales . You get nominated for employee of the month when you say your thinking of leaving. The minute you complain .....your card is marked .

Too much workload and very poor communication from the management team.
The worst part of the job is that there is no appreciation for your hard work.

They have an employee of the month program that only works in their favour when they try to hide other issues.


They know what they are doing although is not put into practice.

I have learned to do things my way as there is no proper training given.

days are long and tedious with no proper management on the floor. have not learned much as there is no advancement within the company.management is poor as they tell you they know what they are doing but it isnt put into practice. the co-workers are a really good bunch of lads who all look out for each other as management doesnt. the hardest part of the day is using the voice picking system as it doesnt work well. the best part of the day is home time.

This job started off working as a merchandiser and feed into sales after 1 year. (9 to 5) normal day.

Big brands such as RedBull,MGD,Tiger,Buttlers, etc..

Merchandising shop's, pubs, and off-licences.

Placing promotional stands for leading brands in the run up to up coming promotions.


After 1 year I was promoted into Direct Sales covering the same area as I had done with Merchandising.


My Co-Worker were the finest People you could get in any job, If i ever had a issue or problem all you need do is make a quick call and prob is sorted.


Hardest part of this job was helping to set up some of the major events that RedBull had coming to Ireland.

The most enjoyable part was watching the events..
