If you are new in hotel and you know your job, people see you like a threat, they will do anything just to make you unhappy and insecure. Staff is really rude and if they don't like you personally, you can't be part of team. They don't give you chance to show yourself.
rude staff, poor salary
Salaries and benefits on a lower scale, very understaffed, badly maintained, no trainings and progress, poor top management
The hotel is busy but very understaffed. Staff benefits are poor. Staff meals and canteen are also poor. No trainings provided so therefore no career progress. Huge staff turnover. Poor work culture, no team spirit, poor internal communication.
