Customer Service Agent (Current Employee) –  Dublin Airport, County Dublin22 March 2019
Ryanair Company is good..but can be improved. Its staff should be treated better, the salary definitely should improve for the amount of things we do and the hours we are working at, for example at 3am.
Pros
travel cheep

The best part of the job...
Head (Current Employee) –  Swords6 March 2019
Ryanair allows you to do what you are best at and get involved in any projects that are going on. The CEO and Z team are very regimented in terms of weekly work and getting the job done. While that gets watered down the lower you go,(depending on the director or dept head) it helps the good people develop themselves and their own work ethic to a high standard.
Pros
Great experience and exposure to work that you wouldnt get elsewhere.
Cons
Long hours and no flexibility and no benefits.

Horrendous
Sales & Marketing Manager (Former Employee) –  Swords, County Dublin4 March 2018
Toxic environment full of unprofessional people that moved forward in the company cause no one else would ever hire them. Expect bigotry, bullying and negativity on a daily basis, with no room for real advancement.
Pros
Discounted Tickets
Cons
Management, salary, actual tasks vs job description, long hours

A place to gain experience and then move on
Sales Executive (Former Employee) –  Dublin1 May 2017
You never get the feeling that you really matter to the company, you're just a number who can be easily replaced.

Good place to gain experience as you do learn a lot about the airline industry, but DEFINITELY not a place to stay for a long time as the atmosphere just wears you down.

No flexi time even though they advertise it in some of their job descriptions.
No free food although the canteen is cheap.

Don't work here if you're used to benefits as there are none!
Pros
Attractive office
Cons
Toxic culture

Not bad to start
Cabin crew (Current Employee) –  Cork20 November 2016
It is a very good company to get into aviation.
They hire people with no experience and give you all the training and experience you need to get into another company.
It's very expensive to start working for this company though, you have to pay everything, the course, the accommodation during the course, your uniform, etc.
They don't provide water or food for your working days like any other company does.
Pros
Experience
Cons
You have to pay for everything
