Interview is a standardised format that does not produce the best people suited to the role
It was a very formal interview.as I was from a customers back ground .so it was easy.
A lot of experience based questions EG; give me an example where you went above your job description to get a sale / give excellent service those kind of questions.
They ask about previous experience with Targets and how you have performed and to give an example of targets or incentives you have had to work with or towards before
