Door to door sales
It’s a really tough job and not many stick at it you really have to be pushy to have to be writing sales every day or they are constantly on your back

Excellent. Great company
This is a great company to work for. Great benefits and great training. Success is for the taken with Salessense, if you put in the time and effort you will be rewarded. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Micro-managed mish-mash of Jargon-speaking amateurs.... no money.
Simply appalling company. They churn through employess , certain of their massive turnover. Do not work here , no matter how stuck you are , it will crush your self-confidence & probably negatively distort how you view yourself. The "training" is the pits: here, you'll realise you should never have applied- I battled on , fed up of being unemployed. I'd rather count flies than go back there-- and I am an experienced salesperson , who was just out-of-work, and didnt wanna be out of work , at any cost , (I thought). The Work: selling Gas & Electricity to business, door to door. You become human spam, business people do not want this approach. You are micro-managed, a phone conference at 9am, 1pm, 3pm and 5pm, hassling you; forcing you to commit a sales forecast , then badgering the heart out of you if it doesnt come thru, then hassling you for more forecasts, then hassling you to find more to recover, then hassling you: often comparing you to an imaginary "colleague" somewhere else. It is like mild torture, especially as one or two of the managers are not all that articulate, literate, numerate, and definitely never professional salespeople. Its like a battery chicken farm, badgering you relentlessly to force people into buying in a way they do not want to. SalesSense is a terrible place, it would drain and demoralise you. Do anything other than this:- study , do a course, work anywhere but here. You owe yourself more.

Work to plan for 100% support
This is a sales job cold calling on doors. Yes you will be told no more than yes but if you plan your approach and work hard you will get the rewards. Too often people forget that we are not entitled to anything and that we must work for our rewards I've been here 7 months and had bad and good days but always 100% support

Don't do it - even if you're stuck
Possibly the worst place I ever worked. I knew within 5 minutes of starting this job that I made a mistake accepting it, but promised I would try for at least 4 months, which were the longest 4 months of my life. The atmosphere in the position is as negative as I have ever seen. People are constantly backstabbing, managers are constantly using bully tactics to "motivate". Staff turnover is extremely high, morale us down. Yet, senior management do not care once targets are hit. I can't stress this enough, DO NOT WORK HERE
