As above hours good for time off 3 x 12 pay does not reflect jobs required to do... bit of a revolving door company as people use it as a stop gap to get better jobs

Sanmina is an OK place to work. The job is nice and the staff get on quite well. Working hours are handy but where I am there's no real opportunity for overtime which you definitely need because basic salary is shockingly bad and getting harder to live on. Quite high turnover of staff. It seems people come here for experience before moving on to better paid employers.

Relaxing and easy place to work

Very easy and relaxing environment. Majority of people are very friendly. Work is very easy but is extremely boring. Pay could be a lot better considering its a medical company. Handy money short and a stepping stone but longterm I dont recommend.

Nice people to work with but pay is poor for shift work including nights. Change over from day to night shift very short. Nice canteen but not open for night shift
