If you don't have previous Pharma experience, then this is NOT the place for you.
The recruitment policy of hiring through Agencies means little chance of getting a full time contract. Most new hires are through an agency and don't get the benefits of "Full Time" contracts.
In house recruitment team & agencies paint a completely different picture of what it's like to work there compared to reality.
In reality, everyone is super stressed and see it as a chore to train new starters. You don't get all of the info. required to complete your job.
Almost all managers are more concerned with KPI's rather than on-boarding new starters. My manager avoided one-to-one contact which meant zero relationship with him and no hope of a contract extension.
Do NOT leave a full time contract for here, no matter what they promise! Having left a permanent 20 year job on the promise that the "grass was greener", this soon became evident it wasn't.
The people you work with are all top quality & will help out when they can. Never had an issue with anyone not in management.
I've never witnessed a group of workers so stressed / scared to make a mistake, for fear of serious reprimand / sacking.
Pros
People, facilities, canteen
Cons
Lack of mentoring, most managers concerned with KPI's rather than developing people
