They won't make people full time and find loopholes in the law to offer alternative short contracts to accommodate this strategy.
They now give 7 month contracts to interns rather then employ people.
Massive turnover of staff and those that stay are out on stress. The companies answer is to blame employees and send them to a physiotherapist.
If you don't have previous Pharma experience, then this is NOT the place for you.
The recruitment policy of hiring through Agencies means little chance of getting a full time contract. Most new hires are through an agency and don't get the benefits of "Full Time" contracts.

Sanofi Ireland Waterford, (formerly Genzyme Ireland Ltd), is a great place to work, the area of the business in which I was employed was the site CAPEX projects function which is a positively challenging area working to schedules and timelines with both cross-functional teams and project management team and of course vendors.
The working environment is always hive of positivity and the workplace culture encourages a sense of ownership and entrepreneurship in the working day.
