Clients are great
A typical day at work would be meeting clients, helping them with whatever issues they were having which would include finding work , housing etc. Colleagues were always helpful. The hardest part of the job was the workload. The most rewarding part of the job was helping clients.

They receive funding for every person who gets work and don't care what the person's needs are or if the role is suitable. It's a competition to make money and clients who have serious needs are forced into work or their payments cut. It's cut throat but advertises as an ethical community service.
