A typical day at work would be meeting clients, helping them with whatever issues they were having which would include finding work , housing etc. Colleagues were always helpful. The hardest part of the job was the workload. The most rewarding part of the job was helping clients.
They receive funding for every person who gets work and don't care what the person's needs are or if the role is suitable. It's a competition to make money and clients who have serious needs are forced into work or their payments cut. It's cut throat but advertises as an ethical community service. It's about making money not about the people using the service those they employ. It's was so socially irresponsible it's unreal they
A few nice colleagues
Horrific management and ethos.
You will not be respected or considered for roles by other employers. Seetec will only give you a 12 month contract and then let you go. Awful place and terrible atmosphere.
They give counselling and you will need it after meeting Managers.
Terrible attitude towards staff.
As a former employment advisor I can say that this is a truly awful company to work for. All employees are treated as commodities, clients as numbers. No option for progression in the company, all targets roll over every month so they become impossible to reach, massive staff turnover. I have noticed that most positive reviews here are from clients not staff members. I cannot see Seetec's tender being renewed.
Bad management, stressful, poor resources
