The company promises a lot and cannot give you an answer without being extremely rude, every time they ask for training they say to look at the documents they sent, what documents? You are only there to make money for them.

Very unprofessional and clicky. A high staff turnover with a loss of a lot of long term staff. Focus is not at all on standard of care and agency staff are only seen as profit makers.
