Overall staff moral very lowTrying to operate too many business units under one roof and it has had many difficulties during this period. It is dysfunctional, promotion within the company has never happened.Over the last 5 -8 years there has been three different MDs each with different business strategy which has its own problems

Great place to work with great opportunities to progress.I have worked at SIG for over three years in Dublin. There have been many improvements made during this time. They really take the time to listen to staff needs and act on any suggestions put forward. There are many opportunities for career progression and recognise hard work across all departments.

Engaging employer who cares about their peopleI'm new to the SIG Team, I found the recruitment & onboarding experience very positive. In my first few months I have found the people & attitude of the staff very encouraging - it makes me want to go to work. I have found it to be a very flexible work environment & the management team to be very supportive.

Great culture!I have worked with SIG for over 4 years. The company has completely transformed in that time. A new senior leadership team has come together over the past 2 years whose focus is on the people, creating better systems/processes and ensuring SIG Ireland is a safe place to work. There are opportunities for employees to develop in SIG Ireland. There are numerous projects ongoing with opportunities to get involved at different levels. A strong focus on training and continuous improvement has been lead by the HR team which is greatly welcomed too. The people working in SIG are what make it a great place to work. Teams come together to get the job done, but we can also have fun while doing so.Overall, fantastic place to work and develop.
