Pros

Busy but enjoyable work
Dental Nurse (Current Employee) - Bayside, County Dublin - 2 January 2022
it’s a busy environment for people who love to work as part of the team. If you find yourself having questions, there is a Head nurse who is always happy to explain and train you. You would probably be working between Monday and Sunday but there is always an opportunity to do some extra hours if you are interested. Great opportunity to grow as well and getting extra qualifications for those who want to progress in their study/career.
Pros
Free snacks, overtime hours available, great team
Cons
Busy place if you don’t like a fast paced environment to work in

Shocking work conditions
Nurse (Former Employee) - Sutton, County Dublin - 7 December 2021
You will get the job on the spot as they are constantly in need of staff. Extremely high turn over due to the clinic director. There are simply no words for how horrible the environment is. Staff do not stay longer then a week due to the way they are spoken to, treated and lack of breaks. There was a good management team but since they left, there is nobody to protect staff.

Boycott this Job!!!!!
Dental Nurse/Receptionist (Former Employee) - Bayside, County Dublin - 25 August 2021
Very unprofessional workplace. Very condescending towards new staff really are made to feel embarrassed when you're in training, hired with no experience and then expected to know everything on the first day. If you have any self worth do not accept this job. You are not aloud have opinions, you are not aloud to be confused of you're told you're not intelligent. Also have to constantly ask questions or they give out to you saying you look uninterested. The staff are honestly unbareable to deal with. If you're going to work 40 hours a week somewhere at least work in a place where it wont interfere with your mental health like this place.
Pros
Free sweets
Cons
Staff, hours

Negitive and degrading workplace
Dental Nurse/Receptionist (Former Employee) - Bayside, County Dublin - 22 August 2021
If you like your self confidence to be knocked and like been spoking down to this is the job for you! 12 hour shifts nearly everyday over lack of staff, no breaks management is very negitive but there is some nice staff who work there but for how long is the question

I love working here
Patient Coordinator (Current Employee) - Bayside, County Dublin - 21 August 2021
it is wonderful to have a job that allows me to provide for myself and my family while being an active member of our society. I enjoyed the constant interaction with customers. The ability to help you learn without you feeling like you're a bother is what I love. Because it helps you want to ask questions and get stuck in and do things right instead of being afraid. Opportunity for growth. And career options, a great environment, and excellent patients. Awesome team. Great work environment, clean. the place is modern, open, and bright, very well kept up. I enjoyed learning dental skills and terminology, office skills, and assisting people to have a better health situation.
Pros
great team, good salary, friendly patient interaction

Unsatisfying, fast paced, unprofessional
Dental Nurse/Receptionist (Former Employee) - Bayside, County Dublin - 20 August 2021
Would not recommend this place to anyone, interview seems so desirable but the job itself is not. wait ages to be put on payroll. not trained properly just told to use equiptment on patients without training. staff is very unprofessional and condescening. the worst past of the job is the dealing with the staff they are very rude. good hourly rate but for what you do and the way you are treated is not worth it.
Pros
on site parking
Cons
Undesirable hours, rude staff

Unprofessional
Dental Nurse/Receptionist (Former Employee) - Bayside, County Dublin - 14 August 2021
You got sold the dream in the interview, there’s no even proper interview format your just given the job straight away. Dentist and dental nurse training you are extremely condescending rude and laugh in your face. During procedures with patients they grab your hands to work with tools you are not trained to use and when you can’t do it your thrown away and given out to. Constantly told “you have to be clever to work here” they don’t sort you out on payroll because they will not want to pay you, bank details never taken no contract nothing. Happened to many people, you leave feeling worthless because you are made to feel that way. Also the dentist is extremely rude to patients and it is uncomfortable to watch and be in the same room. Unprofessional working environment overall.
Pros
Free water, snacks
Cons
Unprofessional

Very bad workplace
Dental Nurse (Former Employee) - Bayside, County Dublin - 3 July 2021
Turnover of staff is very high due to very poor management from clinical director. Not a nice atmosphere to be in and is unnecessarily stressful. Wouldn’t ever recommend anyone to take a position here no matter how desirable it’s made out to be. No scheduled breaks on an 8 hour shift. Dictatorships more than a leadership from management. Very poor standards of work for a new clinic. Offered good pay but honestly isn’t worth a penny of it to work there.
Pros
None
Cons
Unsociable hours, no breaks, bad management
