Can’t decide whether to recommend or not
Not the best place to work, but also not the worst. Personally I feel appreciated there (at times), good atmosphere most of the time. Working hours are long and unsociable.

Depends on the store and the co-workers you're gonna have.
Management tries to hire wisely, there's diversity and they aren't biased, now, the pay is okay, and is retail, so expect no bank holidays, and lots of gossip, teasing, drama, clannish behaviour, lies, and no-sense.If you're cool with this go ahead baby, you had born to be here!If not and you still need the money maybe they hire you, feel free to apply, but you ain't gonna last.

Good place to work
Good place to work. Ok pay. Good people. Advancement opportunity for some roles. Overall if you have any interest in optics would recommend.
Optical Assistant in Tallaght, County Dublin

Avoid tallaght at all costs!!
Stressful & toxic place to work. Management don’t care and turn a blind eye to the toxic behaviour going on under their nose. All money money money. Too much wrong with the company that it out ways the small benefits.
Administrator in Dublin City Centre, County Dublin

Bad Pay, Easy Work
Bad pay, no opportunity to progress or for salary increase. Workload was easy and colleagues were nice. Wish there was opportunities to progress as enjoyed working there.
