Its a very difficult answer because im nit join to this company yet but every store a different kind of set up and if depends what my manager instruction or company task.
The organisational culture would differ store to store as the directors set the pace for each individual store ! You might have one particular store where there's lots and lots of management sometimes made up of directors children or family members so it's very much too many chiefs and not enough Indians as those type of managers generally don't want to actually do any of the work . However in other stores you would have one store manager working directly under the directors and would be working managers and a good team . It's a difficult question really as I say each store differs in its approach
