First I will suggest that staff should be able to move to another unit without having to be interviewed again and if possible staff should be transfer to different unit after a certain period.
I will suggest a rolling roster so that the roster would be fair to all staff team and not some also we will know the shift we are doing ahead.
I will suggest will stop sleep over shift it is too long and takes 2 days of your time
