You get hire after a three interview processes, which take places in different times:
1. Having an interview with the manager of an specific local.
2. If 1. was approved, you have to go to the main RRHH of Starbucks, and you pass through a groupal interview.
3. If 2. was approved, then you return to a last interview with the manager already mentioned.

Constant flow with 2 hour long bursts of rushes through each shift. I worked full time last summer there and during the hot weather there would be queues out the door. With only two baristas on at a time the pace was fast but manageable.

I would increase employee benefits as we received nothing like what is done over in the States. As a multinational company things could be done to look after their employees more.
