i enjoy working here, the benefits are great and the flexibility is excellent however i found problems with some management and with having my set hours respected during the college months.

It’s grand
Absolute awful pay rude customers sometimes managers arent great but staff are so nice and everyone gets on I’ll miss them easy enough to get time off

Disgraceful pay for u20 staff across majority of SuperValu stores - it’s embarrassing for the company!
Loved everything except pay for u20 staff (eg part time) is a disgrace. The majority of supervalu stores in my area follow the same pay scale which is a joke and should be avoided at all costs.18 year olds only make a little more than 8 euro an hour! (Even if they worked there for about 2.5 years like myself)U18s earn about 7 euro an hourOnce a person turns 18 they should be earning the full minimum wage - no cheap ways out of it. MINIMUM WAGE IS MINIMUM WAGE. Not to mention that the younger staff usually work harder and run the store better than the older ones a lot of the time

Horrible
Terrible management and terrible pay and you are treated terribly and they don't care about your feelings no management talks with each other and theres very little communication

The work was ok but managment not so much
The work itself was very basic and easy to do and the people were fine. The pay wasn't too good and the bonus didn't make-up for it. its a fine place to work if you are in need of a job
