First job
Deli Assistant (Former Employee) –  Lusk, County Dublin14 January 2020
The company took full advantage of the fact that it's legal to pay workers with no previous employment way below minimum wage. This was my first job during college and I couldn't believe the management of the place. There was a new general manager every three months, it was very unorganized. Absolutely no staff loyalty but you were expected to be at their beck and call. I would not recommend.

Badly managed, minimal staff. Stressful environment with low morale.
Shop Floor Assistant (Former Employee) –  Bantry, County Cork20 February 2020
Every day was stressful with managers trying to use as little staff as possible to get a big shop looking good. Bad work environment, no one looks out for you. Morale across the board is low, even among lower management. No incentives, no rewards, no staff discounts. Customers can see how badly run and managed it is.

Unreliable
Sales Assistant (Current Employee) –  Dublin12 February 2020
Poorly managed most of time, ask you to help cover shifts , then decide to screw you over when you need help, either too much hours or not enough to live on.
