The interview process is quite standard. Human resources screening, followed by online test and phone technical interview. If you pass it, you are invited for a face to face interview, which consist of several rounds. The overall process was really positive. They take good care of all your needs so everything is smooth. After the interview you get a good idea of how your day to day work would be.

Some very smart people work there, but the culture is toxic. The attitude is one of blame culture, with very little positive reinforcement. You can spend all day not talking to any of your colleagues as peripheral discussion is actively discouraged, i.e. only those that are working directly on your projects should be consulted. It's a big pity as there are some very nice and helpful people there, but management is living in a by-gone era. Get in, learn what you need, and get out.
