Job is so different to any other job and while the work is hard it’s quite enjoyable. However, a lot of the guys who are above ramp agents are bad mannered, verbally abusive and discriminative towards agents. Very few staff members are willing to help anyone due to the toxicity there. High staff turnover is a direct result of abuse and unwillingness to help or even be polite. Roster is all over the place, no pattern or consistency and this could easily be resolved and would be much more efficient for the company by freeing up allocators time and happier staff can’t hurt performance.... When you meet good guys here though they really are the best!!!!
Things that need to be addressed:
Roster Work relations training definitely for team leads/supervisors. Consequences for abuse/discrimination at any level. Pay Breaks should always be given for health & safety purposes due to the manual aspect of the work. Shadow training for new staff...even for a day or two.

Dirt bad management you don't even get a break if u start at 6 and finish at half 1 u will get no break in between that goodluck if your going for the job staff are great but rest is just dirt find out for your self
