Dress respectfully, clean and tidy as you would on the job. Show interest in the role your applying for and knowledge of the company.
At the moment I work nightshift only, which is great for personal reasons. The past while I feel Asif I cannot do them, so I will be looking forward to asking for dayshift. Nights are not for everyone when you work them for many years.
What would you suggest Synergy Security management do to prevent others from leaving?
Pay your staff properly.
Listen to your employees concerns.
Give your staff a real work/life balance.
The reason was no progression after a decade of service.I was never late, carried out duties 100% kept clients happy & literally couldn’t have done more.received no pay rise or reviews, worked into bad health & when l left not one person from management as much as phoned or emailed or even asked why🤷🏽♂️,nothing.not as much as a thank you or best of luck..your not a valued employee ,your a number/body that’s it.
