Workplace for culture.I gain experience such as Security Guard ,and I was supervised from monitor all the time.The hardest part of the job was when a homeless attacked by the back with a knife I did not realise but colleagues from Aib bank helped me and from monitor.Enjoyable part of work a little party Christmas and recompesation for Christmas.

Big no for this lot

This company has no morals, if you are an officer of a certain age 40+ you can forget this lot. they would rather hire a kid who knows nothing about security than an officer with service under his/her belt. The young guys are easy targets for the assh-le managers to push around. There are plenty of good security companies out there looking for officers and they will treat you right unlike this mob.

I have worked for synergy for a number years and i love the site im on,the only downside to were i work is the some of the staff are lazy and if they have to do anything outside of there normal job they just sulk and moan,thank god its only a few of them.

Worse job I have ever had, coming from someone who had worked in construction sites.Left a permanent job for a supposedly 23 months contract, was left go after 4 months due to “ covid “I had expressed how working night shifts (that were meant to be for a few weeks) was affecting my mental health and asked if there was any view to going back to the day shift.Was told to see a doctor; few weeks later let go. Management are a joke, the main person who is supposed to be your team leader clearly only cares about their self as they would sell anyone out to better themselvesStay well clear, wouldn’t come back for all the money in the world

They don't care at all about you

In this company you are going to be a robot. They don't care about your personal life. They can set you 12 hours shifts 4-5 days in a row and call you on your day off too. Change your schedule every week so forget about having a routine, hobbies, or any other activity outside work.Management doesn't even exist, you can get in touch only when they need you. If you need them, good luck.Simple things like receiving your uniform can take months. Requesting holidays? Try planning them 4, 5 months before. And still maybe you can have some problems.Serious management issues in this company. They don't have any respect for human resources. Money is good, but you are giving your mental health as the price for that.

Good Place to Start your career

Good place to start your security career, but once you've gotten experience then it's time to move on. The sites I've worked on are good clean sites and most of the people are very friendly however some sites are very badly run and there's not a lot of consideration giving to staff or their health i.e. walking 10+KM a night in all types of weather, also there's very little room to advance your career. Wages are industry standard and paid weekly and in my experience have always been correct. As I said a god place to start but probably not a long-term job

Very poor management, awful

Not a pleasant workspace. Current workers have been there too long and not adaptive to new people joining, you'll be doing all the rough shifts and weekends. Lack of immediate supervision and upper management are snobbish.

You get what you put in

As the title suggests, you get exactly what you put in. I worked at Synergy for nearly 6 years and was promoted twice, however, I achieved this through dedication, commitment, and a positive "can do" attitude. Synergy will invest in those who wish to progress and learn.Regarding the job itself, it very much depends where you're based and what your role is. The company does have a whole host of clients, so there is certainly no lack of work.I found their management team very approachable, and they're reasonably quick to respond to issues, etc.

Stay away if you have any respect for yourself, management is terrible, no communication between management and staff. Impossible to get onto them if needed. Do noting if you have an issue they don’t care about there staff at the end of the day your only a number.

For Synergy Security Solutions, employees are just numbers and nothing more. The managers are not interested in the problems of any employee. I waited 6 months to have the uniform, even though I sent countless emails to find the right size of the uniform. It is a company for which I would not work for even 1 minute, even if I were paid 10,000 Euros per month. The worst, worst, and most wrong choice in my life was to work for Synergy Security Solutions!

The stressfullest work ever

Your typical day is full of stress, you don't know where will be a trap. Poor training, very weak management. The hardest part: they don't care about you, awful communication, employees for them are just trash.
