Better than minimum wage if you can put your foot down
Rostering department will ask you to work every hour you haven't booked off, (and by the way you basically can't book time off) , no respect for workers, no overtime.
If your alternative is the dole or stacking shelves it's a better job, depending on which location you're sent to.
The only way to stay sane in this company is to work ONLY the time you say you can work. If you can do that and don't need job security for a long time it can be OK.
Better than minimum wage
Zero respect for workers, poor rostering, ultimately no internal communications between departments.
