Shire used to be a great company to work for. Real sense of team work and everyone banding together to get the job done. Nothing like that anymore. Very much a disjointed company now, with everyone looking after their own area, and not working with others.
A highly automated fast paced work environment that involves continuous training and high levels of attention to detail and absolute compliance to standards.

Don't really know what to about the management (Privacy and all that we are thought here) apart from they are good at what they do.
The hardest part of the job? After 15 years here I find it hard to pick something that is hard?
The most enjoyable part of the job.
Would be training new staff. I seem to be the chosen one when it comes to training new staff.
Health care, 2 Bonuses a year, Pension.
