Scenario competence based, behavioural, understanding of management of challenging behaviour, statutory guidelines relating to residential care, team working, flexibility in availability. Company values and mission statement. No worries about past experience. Going to start you on lowest pay regardless.


Friendly staff though cult like if unable to fit into the gang, you can feel very isolated. 100% client focused. HR is not helpful after recruitment. Lots of staff in college so plenty of shifts to pick up. CNM watch you on CCTV and draw conclusions by listening to gossips from your colleagues say about your work. Very, very challenging behaviour among Redwood clients. More than you are used to, trust me. Community services relate more professionally and all ethics are practised.
