Horrible people to work for. Management is very very very poor. Most the time it was almost like bullying you to do your work faster and more dangerously.

Badly run and supervisors that cant communicate in english with most the staff,machines breaking down and stopped for cleaning during shifts and full target numbers still expected at end of day

Some great people let down by awful management

Some great and knowledgeable people working there Management culture leads to very low morale. No direction, leadership or communication from management who seem to make it up as they go. Long notice periods are put into contracts which will make it difficult to leave without breaking your contract. Legal action will be taken if you leave before notice period is worked. Any employee who has been threatened with legal action will obviously tell former and future colleagues but company management's short sighted outlook prevents them from seeing that far ahead and the damage they are doing to the company and the morale of the staff. Very high staff turnover which makes progress on projects very difficult .
