Bad management work you like a dog they come and go as they please. Hard to get weekends off work life balance is rubbish. Don't do teamleader anyway no training wing it yourself give anyone the key to lock the shop so the managers don't have to do it specially expresses.. don't do it to urself never had anxiety before I worked there..

Great place to work,

Managers always seemed to be ok with needing time off, but a few weeks in advance. Always in at weekends. Never could plan anything as had different days and times every week and set rosters for a few weeks ahead.
