Never any great organisation in the place. Constantly taking on bookings after roster has gone out to staff. This results in staff constantly being called in on short notice (sometimes no notice at all). Split shifts on consecutive days a regular thing also. Lastly, getting time off is an absolute nightmare. Maybe there are people happy with conditions like this but it really wasn’t for me. I wouldn’t recommend people working in this place

An experience I'll never forget. The location is excellent. The food is good. The work environment is pleasant. All round, a good kitchen to work in.

fun work place, learned alot of new skills

On an average working day i take orders in the restaurant or/bar . I also set and clean tables. After that I take the cash or credit card.
The hardest part of the job is dealing with customers but that is also my highlight so every customer is different.

Fun workplace.

Cleaning dishes and areas in hotel's kitchen. Gloss polished cutlery for waiters. Help in cleaning and cutting vegetables.
