I worked on the Wexford branch and it was HORRENDOUS. The owner was a creep who threatened you constantly. You are always watched on video and are rang if you are taking a break or chatting to a colleague. They use CCTV to monitor staff. They tell you to scare people to make sure you get a sale and will do anything to not give you commission. The only positive was the 2 people I worked with...

Upper and middle management is awful, using scare tactics on sales advisors to get more sales. They are constantly pushing you and give out to you about sales and targets even though they are completely unachievable. Very stressful job. There were so many issues with systems they are using which makes customers very agitated and angry. If store manager is on a leave you have to do their work but you don't get paid for it. The only good thing about this are colleagues and store managers. Store managers were there for their staff although they had to work under extreme pressure.
