Worked as a student brand marketing manager and loved it! My managers were fantastic and understanding of my schedule as a college student. Not a job for someone who does not like to work on a team very closely and have to make decisions as one instead of separate parties

Fun place to work with and smart people here, people willing to help each others. The promotion is also make sense. The benefits here are good like the 401k plan and take time off.

Good company - youth culture

A very well known brand, but traditional advertisers are afraid of advertising because of it's "hook up" reputation. Still, those who know it love it IE: younger media buyers.

Great place to work

Fantastic products with strong brand recognition. Management team is growing the market effectively. Only drawbacks are concerns about brand safety from potential advertisers, however the advertisers will have to follow the eyeballs and IAC has plenty.

Working at Tinder has been the best job experience I have ever had. Everybody is super close and wonderfully friendly, but this doesn't stop the massive amounts of productivity that come out of the beautiful West Hollywood location.
