Monday the 10th of December was a milestone our TTM Healthcare journey, moving into #ourHQ in Ennis, Co. Clare. Here’s our team exploring our new home.
We are proud to be recognised as one of Ireland’s Best Managed companies in the Deloitte Best Managed Companies Awards programme. With our colleagues in Resilience Care we are a Deloitte Platinum Standard #BestManaged Company 2019, having demonstrated superior business performance for the eighth year in succession.
We are proud to win Recruitment Agency of the Year (Large) and Best in Practice Healthcare at the 12th annual National Recruitment Federation (NRF) Awards in Dublin.
These awards are for and by our team; our almost 3,000 people in Ireland and the UK. They recognise our fifth consecutive year of growth; our phenomenal growth in Ireland, the UK and more recently in Northern Ireland. They acknowledge the redevelopment and change we are undertaking across our business: repositioning many elements, re-examining our company values and principles to bring a new focus to how we operate and how we show up as an agency.
Leading this change in our business is our MD, Paula McDonnell who started with our business on the recruitment floor over 10 years ago and brings the unique perspective her career journey affords to all touchpoints.
“I am immensely proud of our team on winning the overall NRF award, our mission is to enhance the quality of people’s lives and each member of our team, from recruiter to nurse embodies this.” Paula McDonnell, MD.
The annual NRF professional awards scheme is run in association with LinkedIn and the Irish Independent. There were over 200 entries from recruitment companies countrywide evaluated by this year’s adjudication panel, with seventeen national awards presented.
Designed to identify and reward excellence in recruitment in Ireland, the annual awards programme is open to all NRF members and is judged by an independent panel, including representatives from the international recruitment sector, the National College of Ireland and DCU.
Congratulating TTM Healthcare, NRF President, Frank Farrelly said that with a record number of entries, and standards in professional recruitment here among the highest in the world, the judging panel had no easy task in selecting winners.
“With the country at almost full-employment, and indigenous businesses and Irish based multi-nationals relying on top talent to compete, the role of the recruitment specialist is essential to the success of Ireland’s economy and to the fulfilment of our labour market.
“Outstanding quality and operational excellence was evident across all of the entries, and TTM Healthcare can be justifiably proud of standing out among such excellent peers”, Frank Farrelly told awards attendees.
The National Recruitment Federation is a voluntary organisation set up to establish and maintain standards and codes of practice for the recruitment industry.
TTM Healthcare is a world-class, specialist, Irish-owned recruitment company placing candidates in the healthcare market. Every week we send between 1,800 and 2,000 people to work in temporary roles in the healthcare market across Ireland, Britain, Northern Ireland and the Middle East, and an average of 100 people are placed in permanent jobs every month.
We set out to shake-up the market by remembering and nurturing the ONE vital ingredient of our business: PEOPLE. The human experience, and the drive in all of us to be the best we can be. Our success has come from having a real interest in our clients and candidates: sitting down with them to understand their needs and their pain points. Talking. Listening. Learning. Caring on a different level about what people really want – and delivering on it. Unlocking POTENTIAL is what drives us, and everything we do is geared to Enhance the Quality of People’s Lives. – less
