Management do not help at all, Security Officers make accusations and constantly overloaded and worked. If you can't complete all stops, you are threatened with job security. They have unreachable targets, they don't care if you have young family or I'll family members.
On your own in a van
Constantly bullied by management
Lots of screaming every day. Your treated less then the dirt on the Center managers shoe. Your expected to do the work of three men all while being treated like a child. Contestant written and verbal tests throughout the year just so they can harbour no blame when things go wrong.
You will know what jobs to avoid when you leave
I worked here for 10 years, I’ll never get those years back.
It's a nice place to work. Easily accessible by bus 140, 83, 40, and 9. Close to Charleston shopping center. Workers safety are strictly adhered to. Safety measures are put in place to ensure everyon is protected within the work environment.
this is a great company to learn, but a con is that the company is so big that change can be very non existent. to progress in the company you have to be willing to throw co workers under the bus. great systems set up to progress but they are not used
Not that i wanted but ok people to work for great company just not my line of work very good treatment to its staff and understanding people and very good people to work with very nice and understanding

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?
The company announced redundancy without any loss pressure. This means that they do not really care or give importance of their employers and nobody would feel like part of the company. If you are applying for finance function bear in mind that you are only cost centre to the company and worth anything to them and even though they are making Net Profit one can make you redundant for their short term benefits. Do not advise to any one who want to be a team which would take care of hard working employees. You have no value here
Pressure all the time from start to finish they are never happy and push you all the time..management are on your back all the time.and the route learning time is so bad 3 days to learn 150 stops it's a bad place to work good place to lose weight the only good thing about it
great working environment; collaborative, professional with clear procedures and processes. software was through a VNP portal which made the system slow but wasn't a problem overall. I had to wait for 3 months to get the vetting clearance but it was definitely worth it! I would love to work for this company again at some point in the future when qualified. I would definitely recommend this employer!
Training was totally over the top. a week in the UK at driver school inc uniform inspections nuts. none of the training of any use. driving test every year. I had to go in early and work on a sort line where packages would come off a number of trucks. Sometimes a truck was late still expected to carry out a full days work if it was. Heavy lifting involved here often more than i would be comfortable with. routes changing regularly often asked to cover another driver without knowing the guys route. expected to be able to get the same delivery numbers. Management were not interested in sorting any problems just getting packages delivered. very difficult to get holidays all the good holiday weeks would be given to the managers friends. A group of long serving drivers calling the shots always trying to catch newer guys to do more and more of their work often out working late while the special ones were finished hours before and away home. All management is based in Dublin. not able to speak directly to anyone health and safety or HR all via the local guy who did what he was told. Glad to have gotten out of the place.
