Wish I Didn't Have to Leave!

UL has a fantastic work culture, there is a great work/life balance and it is encouraged to take all your annual leave, management is very understanding about medical appointments and family emergencies. There is a solid hybrid work policy. All staff are so friendly and helpful. There are many training opportunities and learning events to attend. A very political and bureaucratic environment

Hard to advance when roles are almost always earmarked for someone specific. Lip service is definitely the name of the game. It’s a stagnant environment and will never change because of the group think tank that has been created.

Nice work employees and pay was always right and on time. Always room for job opportunities. Work hours goes off terms and you will know your set hours at start of term.
