Wish I Didn't Have to Leave!
UL has a fantastic work culture, there is a great work/life balance and it is encouraged to take all your annual leave, management is very understanding about medical appointments and family emergencies. There is a solid hybrid work policy. All staff are so friendly and helpful. There are many training opportunities and learning events to attend.
