Although my job at UL was short (8 months). It was a great experience. I worked under a line manager who understands the importance of a work-life balance and received all the required support needed to excel.

involved meeting new people and working as part of a team on a project. The project was about cyberbullying which is becoming an epidemic online leading to unhappiness in students.

great opportunity

this unpaid work placement was hugely beneficial to me as it gave me an insight into what it might be like to work full time in a laboratory type situation.
